Overstory Music LLC dba CueMachine Technologies (“we,” “us”) wants you to be satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains how refunds work for CueMachine software bought through cuemachine.com. It forms part of, and should be read alongside, our Terms of Service.

14-day money-back guarantee

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on every license. If you are not satisfied for any reason, email us within 14 days of your purchase and we will refund it in full — no questions asked.

How to request a refund

Email info@cuemachine.com from the address you used at checkout, and include your order number or license key so we can find your purchase. We will confirm and process the refund promptly.

How refunds are processed

Payments and refunds are handled by Paddle, our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record. Your original charge and any refund appear on your statement from Paddle. Once approved, the refund is returned to your original payment method; it typically appears within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Try before you buy

Every product includes a 30-day, full-featured free trial with no payment required, so you can confirm it fits your workflow before purchasing. We recommend starting with the trial.

After 14 days

Because a free trial is available and the guarantee window is generous, purchases are generally non-refundable after 14 days. If something goes wrong — a technical issue we cannot resolve, a duplicate charge, or a mistaken purchase — email us anyway. We review these case by case and want you treated fairly.
